How to Play

1

The Layout

49 cards are dealt into 7 columns of 7 cards each. In the first four columns, the bottom three cards are face-down. All others are face-up.

2

Move Anything Face-Up

The core mechanic: any face-up card can be moved onto a card of the same suit and one rank higher. All cards resting on top move with it!

3

Empty Spaces & Kings

Only a King (and any cards on top of it) can be moved into an empty tableau column. Use these spaces wisely to reorganize your suits.

4

Build In-Column

The goal is to build four sequences of the same suit from King down to Ace within the tableau columns. Once a full sequence is formed, it's complete!

Common Questions

How is Scorpion different from Spider?
While both involve building suit sequences, Scorpion lets you move any face-up card instantly (like Yukon), whereas Spider requires a structured sequence to move a group.

Is it possible to win every game?
Scorpion is known for being quite difficult. While many deals are solvable, one wrong move early on can lead to a "deadlocked" board.
