Pyramid Two-Decks

Double Deck Strategy • Mathematical Precision • The Ultimate 13 Challenge
Pyramid Two Decks Solitaire

Pyramid Two-Decks takes the beloved sum-to-13 mechanic and expands it into a monumental 104-card trial. With a larger pyramid structure and eight of every card in the deck, this version provides more opportunities to pair but demands superior planning to avoid burying the cards you need most. It is the definitive logical puzzle for solitaire experts.

How to Play

1

The 104-Card Deal

Using two decks, a massive pyramid is dealt face-up. Like the standard game, you can only remove cards that are not overlapped by any card in the row below.

2

The Magic Number: 13

Pair two cards that sum to 13 to remove them from the board. Values are: Ace (1), Jack (11), Queen (12). Numbered cards are face value. Kings are 13 and can be removed solo!

3

Stock & Waste Pile

The remaining 50+ cards form the stock. Cycle through the stock to find matches for cards currently open in the pyramid. Precision in pairing is key to clearing the massive base.

4

Complete Victory

The game is won when every card in the pyramid has been paired and cleared. With double the cards, every King you remove opens a significant path toward the summit.

Why play Two-Decks over Standard?
The two-deck variant offers a much higher mathematical "solvability" rate. More cards mean more potential pairings, rewarding players who can think several steps ahead.
